Free Consultation

Many companies charge you for the initial consultation; At Legacy Revovations, we see this as the beginning of our relationship. Whether you know what you want or you’re still thinking it through, our team will meet with you at your home and talk you through the process. We will assess your space and learn about your needs and desires. Legacy will work with you to determine exactly what you expect from the remodel so we can provide a general investment range.

Pricing and Planning

After our free consultation, we’ll meet with you to finalize the labor proposal and the scope of the project. Legacy is known for standing by our estimates and communicating with you immediately if you make a decision that changes the estimate in any way. When working with Legacy Renovations, you’ll never be surprised by any hidden fees. Once design plans have been approved (such as types of tile, grout colors, paint, plumbing fixtures, ect.), we will walk through the project gaining input from you and our team. Legacy guides you through every detail and answers any question that you may have. Finally a budget will be prepared and presented to you with the Construction Agreement for signing. The Construction Agreement reflects a fixed cost for your remodel.

Pre Production Stage

Once you are happy with the design a start date will be determined that best fits you needs and schedule, we work around your schedule to make the transition of your space as worry free as possible. Legacy works with you on the selection of products used, and gives feed back on products we have used in the past and what Legacy recommends for quality and or cost efficiency. During this stage we will walk through your project and go over things in your home that may need to be relocated elsewhere in your home during the transition such as furniture, automobiles, pets, ect. We take pride in our own homes and would do nothing less in your, all exposed flooring will be covered during the entire transformation. All items in your home will be covered or relocated so that everything is exactly the way it was before the project began. Legacy will create a containment around the construction area, creating an air tight seal ensuring proper ventalation to prevent any debirs.

Production

Once your project is underway, you will see first hand the progress our team makes as it takes place. You will also have meetings with your production manager throughout construction to discuss the project, make final selections of finishes and fixtures, and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. Communication is the key to our successful working relationship

Quality Assurance

We strive in completing projects giving them the "WOW" factor, this being said we expect to walk through the projects completion with you and your reaction to be blown away, at this time you will walk through with the production manager and be sure that your transformation is exactly as you had hoped and discussed, making nessasary changes if needed. Your 2 year warranty begins after completeing this process.
