Follow our Design+Build seven-step process below and collaborate with our team of highly trained professionals to lead you through a truly unforgettable experience of remodeling.
1. Research: The process of pre-planning
As we want your kitchen or bathroom to represent your vision, your ideas and wish list are very important in the process. By exploring the internet for your likes, dislikes, and all in between, start your journey. We promote the consideration of magazine clippings, boards from Pinterest, or books from Houzz Idea.
2. Connect
We would like to learn about your project during our initial call, including your desires and needs. We're also going to talk about the sort of contractor you're looking to employ. We know that we are not always the best match for all, and there are no hard feelings.
It will take 15-20 minutes for the initial call.

What project do you want to complete?
Why would you like to do this project?
When do you look for the project to be completed?
How much do you want to invest?
3. Explore
We will spend 30-60 minutes getting to know each other better during our initial visit to the site. We will listen to what you have in mind, offer some advice, and speak about your priorities, expectations, and any questions about the project that you may have. We're not going to get into the small stuff, but we're going to talk about your vision on a higher level. We will explore your target investment's viability. While we will not know the exact cost of your project at this stage, beginning this conversation and talking about realistic budgets will go a long way towards helping our team guide you on the best way forward. You will indeed have many questions for us, and we will leave time to answer those questions.
4. Design
For you, we will generate a few "rough drafts" of potential design solutions for you to view with us. We will narrow down the ideas you like best in this process and start filtering through to create a final design. This is an exciting move because, in kitchens, bathrooms, and basement bars, we present 3D renderings of all cabinetry designs. We step right into the selection stage once you love the final design.
5. Plan
From here, our in-house building personnel will take over. A Project Manager will be assigned to you, and they will be the day-to-day point person for your project. They will execute and plan the job, answer questions, solve problems, update the schedule, etc. Note, in the design phase, 99 percent of the specifics are determined by our process. This tends to make the building process much smoother.
6. Build
We will schedule and start your project once your permit is accepted. Every day, our craftsmen come to your house, equipped to turn a once-dream into reality. Your project manager periodically meets with you and our contractors to review the progress. You're in safe hands with our professional tradesmen. As the project goes on, we're still able to answer any questions you have.
7. Enjoy
We stand by our job and have extended our craft guarantee to span ten years, which is much longer than most of our rivals and undoubtedly more prolonged than the 1-year industry norm. Our craftsmanship always complies with the criteria set out in the NAHB Residential Construction Performance Guidelines.
