Research - the pre-planning stage. At this point, it is useful to try to determine your target investment, to get specific about the details of your project, pick ideas and options, form a wish list. If you start researching contractors to find the right firm to partner with, you will make the process way smoother and less stressful later.
Connect - getting acquainted! We will jump on a call and find out together the essentials of your ideal project. The call will take around 20 minutes. We will touch upon topics such as:
Why do you want to do this project?
Where is the location of your house?
How much money do you intend to allocate for your project?
Do you have a deadline of when do you want your project to be ready?
Do you have previous experience of renovating your home?
When was your house built?
What is the number one reason for the project?
Do you intend to receive a permit?

At the end of the call, you will have an idea of whether you feel like we are the right fit for you, or you should continue searching for other qualified contractors.
Discover - the initial visit to your place. Together we will discover your needs and goals, give you some guidance so that you do not feel overwhelmed with so many things to take care of. We will also discuss the process and our next steps.
Design - turning ideas into visions. You will be given the rough sketches of some possible design solutions, after which we can move to the selections stage. During the latter, we will begin to select the details and finishes of your project. At this point, we will also finalize the necessary documents and estimations, and also prepare the construction agreement.
Plan - turning visions into a plan. A committed project manager will be assigned to you, who will schedule and perform the work. We will prepare and submit the necessary permit applications, schedule your project in a traditional Gantt Chart, and finally, schedule a pre-construction meeting.
Build - turning plans into actuality. This is basically the stage of permitting and project communication.
