Do we have the services you require?
As part of larger remodeling ventures, we provide a range of add-on services to our current clients. In most cases, we don't charge extra for these programs. These are small jobs that a handyman or tradesman may be able to handle.
A design is needed for almost every project we work on. Here's an example to illustrate what I'm talking about:
We DO a full kitchen remodeling as well as hardwood flooring installation on the first floor.
We DO NOT offer services for the entire first floor's hardwood flooring.
Why not? We're a design-build company with a team of individuals who all contribute to the project's success. If we were only doing a flooring project, these assets (the designer, the showroom, etc.) would not be used, because our cost for such a small project would be higher than a single subcontractor or tradesman who just did flooring installations.
