What does our pricing look like?
A contractor's fee is determined by a variety of factors, which may include:
Overhead
Although every company is different, many have significantly higher overhead than we do, but many also have significantly lower overhead. A sole contractor with no workers would have far lower overhead than a firm with 100 employees. One significant difference between a single contractor operating out of his home and a larger organization like us is that he is unlikely to be able to provide services such as:

Project managers on-site making sure your work is up-to-date and is done correctly +,
A showroom to hold client meetings and choose selections,
A designated estimator to ensure that you receive your estimate and proposal as soon as possible, as well as correct change orders during your project,
A designer along the way to assist you in making fashionable and well-informed choices.

This may be appropriate for those goods that we do not currently carry or use, but we do not allow outside products to be used in many cases for a variety of reasons, the most important of which is that we have a warranty for our services. We know and stand behind the quality of the products we use in our work, and we wouldn't be able to offer the same level of service and quality if we didn't use our own tried and true products.
