Our timing

The duration of our projects depends on a range of factors, including:

  • Permits: The duration of the process varies from one town to town. However, we should get the process on track as we need to get completed drawings, submit them, and await the questions from the city, and wait for the approval.

  • Estimates and proposals: This phase consumes a significant amount of time, involving back-and-forth communications to organize a time to talk on the phone and then meet in person at your house. Then it will be time to construct the estimate, which will be followed by a meeting to debate it. Following that is the final proposal, which you will undoubtedly need to consider carefully before signing whether Legacy is the best fit for you.
